War system

Prime Time

Prime Time is 9pm to 10pm. One hour. During that window you can declare wars, damage outposts, place war banners, set war spawn beds. Scoreboard and tab show when it’s active or when the next one starts. Outside that hour, war actions are blocked.

Declaring war

Craft An Act of War (paper + redstone block). During Prime Time, go to an enemy outpost in their buffer and use the book on the mailbox there. If checks pass (you have a territory, they have one, no grace, you’re not already attacking someone, your guild hasn't already fought a war this Prime), the book is used and war is declared. The war starts at the next Prime Time (next day, 9pm). Your guild can only fight one war per Prime; after that war ends, wait until the next Prime to declare again.

Stage one: outposts

Four outposts in the defender’s buffer. Each has HP and a hologram. Attackers damage them only with the War Hammer, and only during Prime Time. Destroy all four before Prime ends. If time runs out with any outpost still up, the war ends and attackers lose; defenders keep their territory. When all four are down, Stage 2 starts immediately in the same Prime.

Stage two: siege banner

Attackers craft a Territory War Banner and place it in the defender’s buffer during Prime Time. The banner has a short build phase then goes active and drains the territory’s HP bar. Defenders hit the banner with War Hammers to break it. If the banner is destroyed, attackers lose and the war ends. If the banner drains the territory HP to zero, the defender loses one defense point. Territories have two defense points. If that was the last one, the territory is destroyed (region removed, ruin marker placed). If they still have a point left, the territory survives and the war ends; defenders can’t be attacked again in that same Prime on that territory.

War spawn beds

During Prime Time, attackers can set a temporary spawn bed near the enemy territory. The bed must be 300 to 400 blocks from the territory centre, same world. Use /warspawn to see your distance and whether you’re in the green zone. When Prime Time ends, war spawn beds are removed.
